Plaque design for the Boulder County Courthouse. designated a National Historic Landmark as the site from which Boulder County Clerk Clela Rorex issued six marriage licenses to same-sex couples in 1975 in a deliberate decision to apply Colorado State Marriage Law with discrimination.
